Summerhall August Festival 2013

Polish artist Robert Kuśmirowski created a major installation in Summerhall’s former stables for last year’s Edinburgh Festival. This year is another chance to see that permanently sited work – an animal experiment has gone wrong and an unwitting  sacrifice has been made to bring a robot to life. Not for the squeamish.

Throughout Summerhall one can find other installations and artworks – single items by established artists such as Jonathan Monk, Gerhard Richter, historic figures such as Pablo Picasso or Dali and newer merging artists such as Tim Sandys and Kevin Harman can be found.
